Founder Kanika Bali
Kanika Bali, is Fellow member of Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 17 years of rich experience in diverse roles. She has handled Concurrent Audit Assignments of leading branches of India’s largest private sector bank. She has in depth experience of Retail Banking operations and has a concrete experience of working on Banking ERP software like Finacle. Kanika joined the league of practitioners in 2011 and since then she is working in core areas of Accounting, Taxation and Audit Assurance. She has conducted Taxation Seminars in various MNC’s, Universities and other service sector institutions. Her principles and keenness to understand Client’s requirements and business processes has won her many accolades from Client’s. She has also completed DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) offered by ICAI. Kanika is an active blogger and researcher.

Vishrut is a partner at SK Tax Associates of Naperville located in Chicago and is our US affiliate for all your incorporation and accounting needs. His expertise include all Accounting Services including new incorporation set up in any US state, Annual Tax Return Preparation. International Tax Compliance , Bookkeeping , Payroll , Sales Tax Requirements and many others. He has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance and is currently pursuing CPA Certification.
